STARTING IN JANUARY: LADIES' BOOT CAMP
Starting January 4th, the first Monday of the new year, CrossFit NRG will be introducing its very own boot camp class.
This class is beginner friendly and holds true to the values that CrossFit has preached for years.
This class will be taught by CrossFit NRG's very own Susan Neff, Level 1 certified in CrossFit.
Ladies' boot camp will start at 10am and go until 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Enlist in CrossFit NRG boot camp for 4, 8, 12, or 16 weeks and jump start your new year's resolutions
Drop-In's are welcome.
All mothers are welcome, we have plenty of toys and other children to entertain your little ones during your workout.
