- Principles of Healthy Eating Class - Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or just to improve your health, this one-time class will teach you how to eat to reach those goals. Rather than teaching strict food rules like most conventional diets, we teach you the principles behind the rules so that you can easily make the best decisions for your body and your goals in any circumstance. This class is held at multiple times, and is included in your NRG membership.
- Eating for NRG Challenge - Test drive the healthy eating principles for just 6 weeks, and we believe you will be convinced that it is the best way to live your life. This challenge includes everything you need to get started right now: 1.Weekly shopping lists and recipes - (convenence, sanity, and cost effectiveness all in one sweet little PDF per week.) 2. Group support - meet up with fellow healthy eaters and learn their tips and tricks for staying on track 3. Unlimited email support - to answer any questions that might come up along the way.
