WOD is the WORKOUT OF THE DAY. The WOD is scalable to any level of fitness. If you can walk into our gym, we can work with you. (you don't even really have to walk).  The WOD is progressive,  you can be in the worst shape in your life, and we can forge you into an elite athlete.  

 Every day we create a challenge to help increase you general physical preparedness.  This includes but is not limited to, Skills, drills, calisthenics, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing,  and jump rope, we use many different tools including, but not limited to, gravity, kettlebells, olympic bars and bumper plates, dumbbells, plyometric boxes, rings, sandbags, pull up bars.

Foundations This is our on ramp class.  All members are welcome to attend if you interested in honing your basic 9 skills.  We use these skills to build the "foundation" for our programming. We ask that all new members attend at least 3 classes before attending normal WOD's.  There is no limit to the amount of foundation  classes one can attend.  This is not open gym, but a great chance to come in and work a skill.

BootCamp is For Women only!  Please come and see what our morning team of trainers have to teach you about your body, nutrition  and well being.  This class offers complimentary day care while you train.  Specializing in pre and post natal fitness! Visit the CrossFitMaMa's Blog.

Kettlebell Class  I don't want to brag, okay, I do wanna brag!  We have the best team of Kettlebell instructors in the state of UT.  We currently have 4 RKC instructors ranging back to 2004.  Visit any of the kettlebell classes and you will learn the meaning of the word virtuostiy.  Come and learn the differencee between the fundamentals of KB training and what some would call the basics.  Our classes are as varied as the instructors that teach them.   These classes are great for an active rest day, corrective exercises, if you are on the injured list, or just want to sharpen your kettlebell skills.

Danzo Ju Jitsu.  Taught by 4th degree black belt Sensei David.  Come and earn your black belt in Danzo Ju Jitsu, (it may only take 10 years).  This is a great way to add practical application to your fitness, learn new skills, play new sports, learn how to defend yourself, and add a spiritual practice to your fitness regime.  Learn more here.
