We offer a wide range of classes at various time to accommodate the various needs of you our members!

Foundations
This is our on ramp class. All members are welcome to attend if you interested in honing your basic 9 skills. We use these skills to build the "foundation" for our programming. We ask that all new members attend at least 3 classes before attending normal WOD's. There is no limit to the amount of foundation classes one can attend. This is not open gym, but a great chance to come in and work a skill. -
Ladies Only
Ladies Only is just as it sounds a ladies only crossfit class. This class is for all levels of fitness. Come be welcomed into the fold and be challenged, cheered and strengthened. Find your inner G.I. Jane. This class offers complimentary day care while you train. Specializing in pre and post natal fitness! -
Sandra'sKettlebell Class
Sandra Fair, ballet professional, Joseph Pilates certified instructor, TRX certified instructor and Russian Kettlebell certified instructor knows the body. Her experience and knowledge benefits her students, helping them perfect their technique and form. Come and learn the differencee between the fundamentals of KB training and what some would call the basics. Sondra's class is great for an active rest day, corrective exercises, if you are on the injured list, or just want to sharpen your kettlebell skills. -
SLCC
HLAC 1014 is offered through SLCC. This is an introduction to CrossFit. You must sign up through SLCC to join this class. We will cover the Crossfit Principles, Foundations, Skills and basic nutrition. -
WOD

Sectionals
Sectionals Qualifying WOD. Judges will be provided for each athlete registered for Sectionals. Athletes will submit their score and NRG will validate it. -
James Kettlebell Class
James is our kettlebell guru. Not only is he RKC level 2 certified but he has a understanding and passion for the incredible benefits of training with kettlebells that no one in the state has. Improve your skills, technique, performance and overall health. -

Mobility WOD
A phenomenal class that teaches joint mobility and flexibility to help you improve your range of motion and ability to perform the basic functional movements of Crossfit. If you are unable to perform movements correctly due to tightness, lack of full range of motion or injury this is the class for you.
