3 minute tests

This workout was the CrossFit NRG WOD 1 time on 08/10/2011

There will be 4 tests today, in each test you have 3 minutes to lift as much weight as humanly possible.  You may choose whatever weight you want. You will receive a 2 minute rest at the end of each 3 minute time trial.  At the end of 3 minutes, multiply your number of repetitions by your weight to find your total weight lifted.  The tests are as follows:

Ground to Overhead (Snatch, Clean & Jerk, or whatever other variation you like)

Overhead Squat

Deadlift

Front Squat
