  • 20 Burpees
  • 8 Turkish Get Ups
  • 16 Burpees
  • 6 Turkish Get Ups
  • 12 Burpees
  • 4 Turkish Get Ups
  • 8 Burpees
  • 2 Turkish Get Ups
  • 4 Burpees

You must do the same number of turkish get ups on each arm, for the set of 10 TGUs, you must do 5 with the left arm, and 5 with the right arm.
