This workout was the CrossFit NRG WOD 1 time on 10/10/2011

Currently we are lucky enough to have Matt interning with us here at NRG.  Matt has a current Pro MMA record of 2-1.   He put together this little doosy of a complex.  Don't worry.  This will be nothing like an actual fight.  Your barbell won't be trying to knock you out.


Amrap 3 min, Rest 1 Min, 5 rounds

1 Barbell Pushup

1 Snatch

1 Thruster

1 Reverse Lunge each side (from rack position)

1 Push Press.
