    For those who may not know WHO we do this to honor, and WHY:

    MURPH

    In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
    This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’ in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

    Lt. Mike Murphy was Seal Team 10 leader, operation Redwing, June 2005, in Afghanistan. If you don’t know the story, I highly recommend the book, “Lone Survivor”, by Marcus Luttrell, the
    lone survivor of Seal Team 10.

    Darnit! I’d actually really like to give this a shot but work meetings from 7am-9pm. Maybe I will try it at 24 late tomorrow night if anyone else is in the same boat!
