    First date with Nancy! Getting all 15 squats uninterrupted wasn’t as hard as keeping pace on the run. Guess I know what I need more of.

    Still not to RXd, but did 20# more than my first Nancy, and about a minute and a half faster. Big deal for me was to do all 15 reps uninterrupted each time. When I stop I usually stare at the bar for a while. Will go for more weight next time.

    That’s awesome Kathleen! I’d say bigger improvement doing it Rx’d than doing it faster with the same weight.

    Felt better than last Nancy that’s for sure. Took me just under a minute longer, but able to do it RX’d this time. Yay!

    Leave some feedback in the comments about your progress on the Overhead Squats. Better, same, worse? Shoulder flexibility improving? It took me awhile to do 95lbs over my head when I first started CrossFit. Don’t be discouraged. Keep up all the good work!
