This workout was the CrossFit NRG WOD 1 time on 12/26/2011

3 seperate workouts today, all for time!  you can do A, B, and C in any order you choose, however you must finish all of them!

A.  21 Deadlifts/42 double unders

      15 cleans/30 double unders

       9 front squats/18 double unders

 

B.  5 rounds of cindy (5 pullups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)

 

C.  35 burpees
