This workout was the CrossFit NRG WOD 1 time on 02/01/2012

In a 4 minute time period, you must complete as many rounds of:

  • 5 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 6 Hang Cleans (95/65)
  • 7 Push Ups

as possible, once 4 minutes is up, you get a minute's rest.  We will be doing a total of 4 rounds, that's a total of 16 minutes of work.  Only full rounds will count, your total number of rounds for all 16 minutes will be your overall score.
